Richmond Hill Primary School

 I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Kentucky University.   I obtained my master's degree in school counseling from Georgia Southern University.   I have 8 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher.  I have 14 years of experience as an elementary school counselor.    I am honored to serve the students, families, and staff at Richmond Hill Primary School.

Lessons and activities promote the following content areas:

• Personal/social growth and development

• Academic achievement

• Career Awareness/Exploration

 When needed, support is available for students in small groups and individually.  Topics include but are not limited to the following:

• Family Changes

• Military Deployment

• Death of a Loved One

• Trauma of any kind

• Childhood Illness

• Family Member Illness

• Emotional Regulation 

• Significant Life Event

• Difficulties interacting with peers

• Classroom Social Skills
