Dear Parents and Students,
As we prepare to return to school, I hope each of you had a restful and safe holiday season. Just like many of you, I am ready to put 2020 behind and move forward into 2021. As we begin the second semester of the school year, it is important for us to remember that much of our first semester successes were tied to your commitment as parents and students with following established safety protocols, processes, and procedures. As COVID-19 continues to impact our daily lives and work, it is imperative we stay the course, and be ever vigilant.
When you consider the Bryan County Schools family includes almost 1,400 staff, 10,000 students, and 25,000 parents/grandparents, it is essential we are accountable not only for ourselves, but for each other. In taking responsibility for one another, we must make good decisions when it comes to our health, required mask wearing, cleaning, and other established protocols as we continue to move forward.
So, as you prepare to return on January 6th, please be sure to revisit the Bryan County School Parent Partnership Pledge at the following link: Parent Partnership Pledge
